Honeywell, PwC India collaborate to drive digital transformation for clients
Industrial automation solutions provider Honeywell and PwC India, one of the world's largest consulting firms have entered into a strategic partnership; the idea is to accelerate enterprise digitalization projects as well as making companies better prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
PWC India’s management and technical consultative input will be combined with Honeywell’s advanced OT software capabilities. In this way, both enterprises expect customers to profit in various ways including enhanced dependability, fortified cyber security measures and improved energy efficiency. This initiative concentrates mainly on industries like manufacturing, infrastructure development and construction which allows for full digitization of enterprises’ operations.

Research by Forrester has recently found that data and artificial intelligence are increasingly crucial in driving digital transformation. This collaboration is aimed at giving industries access to improved analytics, machine learning and AI through the integration of Honeywell Forge industrial IoT software with PwC’s consulting capabilities. The reason why this integration has been made is to provide more visibility into operations and enable decision-making processes around issues like workforce shortages, cyber-risks, asset reliability, and energy use.

Meanwhile, Honeywell has come up with a new software solution called Honeywell Batch Historian that acts as an ultimate digital manufacturing solution by providing extensive data history for better reporting and analytics.
