HCLTech, Olympus expand partnership for advanced healthcare solutions
Global technology company HCLTech and Olympus Corporation, a MedTech firm, have announced the expansion of their partnership. This collaboration aims to enhance healthcare through advanced engineering technologies.
The partnership focuses on Olympus’ global product development by leveraging HCLTech’s Engineering and R&D services and artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions. This approach is designed to provide speed and scale to Olympus' operations.
HCLTech will establish a dedicated product innovation centre in Hyderabad to support Olympus' operations in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This centre is scheduled to begin operations by July 2024 and is expected to boost Olympus’ business expansion and advancements in medical technology, the company said.
HCLTech and Olympus have maintained a decade long partnership in core Engineering and R&D, covering product engineering, software engineering, product sustenance, and regulatory services. HCLTech supports Olympus from its global delivery centres in India and Vietnam.
