TRANSEARCH India appoints new Senior Technology Partner

Executive Search and leadership consulting firm TRANSEARCH India has appointed Samiron Ghoshal as Senior Partner for Technology Business. 

Ghoshal brings a wealth of global leadership experience to TRANSEARCH India. Based in Delhi, his professional journey includes prominent roles such as Managing Partner for IBM South Asia, Partner at Ernst & Young, Vice President at Wipro, and senior positions at SAP, Rockwell Automation, and Tata Steel. Before joining TRANSEARCH India, he served as a Global Partner for Technology and Professional Services at an international search firm, further enhancing his extensive network and industry insights.

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the Technology and Consulting industry, Ghoshal’s professional trajectory includes several top positions such as Managing Partner for IBM South Asia, Ernst & Young Partner, Wipro Vice President, and senior roles in SAP, Rockwell Automation, and Tata Steel while being based in Delhi. He was formerly a Global Partner for Technology and Professional Services at a global search firm before joining TRANSEARCH India. 

In addition to graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee with a First Division degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, he holds a Certificate for Digital Transformation of Enterprises from MIT Sloan School of Management which he obtained between January and March 2021.

TRANSEARCH India is a dominant player in metro areas like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. The company employs vertical heads to head thirteen groups with expertise in different sectors such as Technology, Consumer Goods, Education, Real Estate, BFSI and Automation.
