In his new role, he will provide the strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise necessary to expedite Tredence’s organic and inorganic growth strategies.
Singh, an alumni of Indian Institute of Technology (Varanasi), has previously worked in some major tech firms including his two tenures at Infosys — May 2001 to January 2013 at various posts and April 2019 to 2024 as senior vice president. Before that, he was chief executive officer of AXISCADES.
Prior to this, Singh served with Persistent Systems for nearly five years. Other names included in his portfolio are Tata Steel, Tisco, Kanbay and s3c.
This appointment comes at a time when the company secured over $205 million in funding from private equity firms, expanded into new regions and verticals, introduced the ATOM.AI ecosystem, and launched the (generative artificial intelligence) Gen AI-as-a-service platform. Tredence has witnessed a fourfold growth from 2020 to 2024, achieving a remarkable 40% growth in 2023 alone.
Singh emphasized the company's role in assisting enterprise clients in modernising data ecosystems and addressing last-mile AI challenges. He highlighted Tredence's suite of over 100 artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) accelerators, which deliver unparalleled value to clients by offering a wide range of solutions to enhance decision-making and uncover new opportunities. Additionally, Singh underscored Tredence's verticalisation strategy, expert practices, and extensive partner network, which enable the company to tackle increasingly complex industry challenges and tailor its capabilities to meet client needs.
Shub Bhowmick, CEO and co-founder of Tredence, emphasized the company's collaborative efforts with more than forty Fortune 500 companies to identify opportunities in marketing, customer experience, supply chain, and other key functions. He highlighted Tredence's verticalised collections of AI and data accelerators, which clients have successfully implemented to achieve tangible business improvements within weeks. Bhowmick expressed confidence in Singh's leadership and strategic guidance, aiming to propel the company's vision forward by driving innovation and operational excellence across its business functions and practices, ultimately achieving new levels of success.
