Genpact opens AI Innovation Center in Gurugram to drive future of work
Genpact, a global IT services provider, has launched its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation Center in Gurugram, India. This center will serve as a hub for innovation, enabling talent to learn, experiment, and develop AI-focused solutions for Genpact’s clients worldwide.
As per the company, the AI Innovation Center will provide a dedicated space for Genpact experts and clients to explore new ideas, capabilities, and solutions to reinvent their businesses. Clients will have access to Genpact’s business knowledge, combined with its data, technology, and AI expertise, as well as industry partnerships.

This initiative aligns with India's broader efforts to accelerate AI innovation, including the government's $1.2bn IndiaAI mission. Genpact's AI Innovation Center aims to democratize access to AI and nurture world-class AI talent in India, leveraging its workforce of over 125,000 employees. Collaboration with partners like NASSCOM will further enhance the AI ecosystem in the country.
Genpact had previously launched its first AI Innovation Center in London and plans to establish several more worldwide in the coming months, the company said.
