HCLTech and Google Cloud collaborate to expand Gen AI solutions for enterprises

HCLTech, an IT service provider, has announced an expanded alliance with Google Cloud to deploy Gemini, its advanced large language AI model, for global enterprises. This expanded alliance aims to drive business value and innovation for mutual clients. 

Under the collaboration, HCLTech will train 25,000 engineers on Google Cloud’s latest GenAI technology, empowering them to support clients across various AI projects. Initially focusing on industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and telecom, this initiative seeks to develop new use cases and capabilities for HCLTech platforms. 

Utilizing Gemini models, HCLTech plans to enhance its industry solutions portfolio through dedicated Cloud Native Labs and AI Labs. These labs, staffed with top AI experts, aim to accelerate client innovation by refining gen AI projects on Google Cloud’s infrastructure.
