Eureka Forbes appoints Vikas Jayna as new CTO

Home appliances company Eureka Forbes has appointed Vikas Jayna as its chief technology officer. He will lead technology innovation at the company.

An industry veteran, he has an experience of over two decades. He has previously worked with companies such as InfoEdge, Amazon, Swiggy Dineout, and OneAssist, among others. His last role was that of director of engineering at Swiggy. Jayna is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business.

To be sure, Shubham Srivastava stepped down from the post of chief product and technology officer at Eureka Forbes in March. He served the post from September 2022, where he led the development of ‘next-generation’ health tech platform. 

For the quarter ending December 2023, the company reported a 14.1% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to ₹538.6 crore. At the same time, profit after tax increased 131.3% YoY to ₹22.7 crore from ₹9.8 crore in Q3 FY23.
