Sprinklr appoints former Adobe exec as CTO
Customer experience services company Sprinklr has appointed Amitabh Misra as its chief technology officer (CTO), effective April 1. In this role, Misra will lead research and development teams, including product and engineering. He will report to founder and CEO Ragy Thomas.
Misra has over 25 years of experience in building large-scale platforms. In the past, he has been the founder and CEO of GOFro.com, and CTO, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com. His last job was as Vice President of Engineering at Adobe where led a global R&D organisation for Adobe’s Experience Cloud Platform including engineers, product leaders, and AI/ML researchers across India, Europe, and the US. Misra is an alum of the University of California at Berkeley and IIT Kanpur.

On Wednesday, Sprinklr announced its fourth quarter results. The company has reported a revenue of $194.2 million with a 17% increase year-on-year from $165.3 million the previous year. Total revenue for fiscal year 2024 was $732.4 million, up from $618.2 million one year ago, an increase of 18% YoY.
