HCLTech to leverage CrowdStrike’s XDR platform to enhance managed services offerings
Cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike has partnered with IT services company HCLTech to deploy its artificial intelligence (AI)-native Falcon XDR Platform within the latter’s managed detection and response (MDR) solutions. This partnership will help HCLTech to assist its customers in cybersecurity needs across devices, identity, cloud, data, next-gen SIEM, and more.
To be sure, CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform is powered by Security Cloud and AI to deliver detection, automated protection and remediation, and observability services. It leverages factors such as real-time indicators of attack, threat intelligence, and telemetry across enterprises.
Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike said that the partnership with HCLTech will help extend the reach of their Falcon platform to new customers and markets, expediting spend consolidation and improving efficiencies.

US-headquartered CrowdStrike, in February, announced the inauguration of its new office in Pune. The new facility, spanning 52,000 square feet, marks an expansion from the company's previous capacity in Pune. The company began with the inauguration of the CrowdStrike Innovation and Development Center in Pune in 2018, which now serves as the company's regional hub for talent, innovation, and customer engagement With the unveiling of the new facility, the company aims to double down on its commitment to safeguarding organisations in India and the surrounding areas.
The company also recently established an Asian hub in Singapore and continues to secure certifications from global governments and industry associations, further expanding access to its AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon XDR platform.
