Tata Technologies appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Global engineering and product development company Tata Technologies has announced the appointment of S Sukanya as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

Sukanya Sadasivan, with over three decades of experience in the services sector, joins Tata Technologies from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, spearheading strategic transformation initiatives. 

In her new role, Sukanya will focus on driving growth and transformation at Tata Technologies, particularly enhancing delivery, practice, and internal digital & IT systems. Based in Pune, India, she will report directly to CEO & MD Warren Harris. 

Tasked with charting the company's next phase of expansion, Sukanya will collaborate closely with Delivery heads to amplify engagement margins and reinforce the organisation's talent pipeline alongside HR and the Resource Management Group (RMG). Additionally, she will collaborate with the Practice team to cultivate new service lines and steer the Digital Information Office in leveraging digital technologies to expedite business transformation efforts. 

With over three decades of extensive experience in the services sector, Sukanya brings a wealth of knowledge to Tata Technologies, having held senior leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), most recently serving as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer.
