Global IT services provider Hexaware has introduced a user-friendly artificial intelligence (AI) web application called Tensai GPT in collaboration with Microsoft Azure. This app allows Hexaware employees to tap into company knowledge and boost creativity across various industries.

Arun 'Rak' Ramchandran, President & Global Head of Consulting & Gen AI Practice at Hexaware, said, "Tensai GPT will support our journey in using advanced technology and automation in hi-tech and professional services."

Tensai GPT will allow employees to contribute ideas and bring them to life. Using generative AI, the app combines virtual guidance with real-world support for clients’ benefit.

Satyajith Mundakkal, senior vice president at Hexaware, said, "Tensai GPT is designed to be secure and easy to use, with advanced AI features. In July 2023, Hexaware launched its Generative AI consulting and practice unit for the enterprise with Microsoft. The partnership is focused on Hexaware's knowledge ecosystem solution 'Tenjin' that utilises Microsoft Azure's OpenAI Service to create dynamic, scalable, and highly precise knowledge ecosystems using generative AI.

Hexaware CEO R Srikrishna, in an exclusive interview with TechCircle, said that through this partnership the company’s goal is to have nearly 100% of its tech workforce trained in Chennai only. Currently, there are already nearly 11,000 employees in the process of training, with more than 3,000 having completed it. The company aims to trains 100% of its tech workforce by the mid of this year.

In October last year, the company partnered with Qatari business group Al-Balagh to streamline IT spending for Qatari companies, facilitate their transition to cloud technology, and enhance their interactions with end-users, suppliers, and employees through cutting-edge tech solutions.
