CMS Info Systems appoints Puneet Bhirani as President of Operations

CMS Info Systems, an Indian cash management company, has appointed Puneet Bhirani as its new President of Operations. In this role, Bhirani will oversee service delivery and operations across business lines. With over 26 years of leadership experience in India, the UK, and the US, he brings a wealth of cross-cultural expertise. 

Bhirani holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College, a Master in Marketing from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, and an Advanced Management Program from Wharton Business School. 

He has spent over 18 years at Mphasis, holding various roles in sales, operations, and global shared services. He also served as the CEO of Mphasis subsidiary, Digital Risk, USA. Following his tenure at Mphasis, Bhirani worked as the CEO of OLA Fleet and later as the COO of OLA Cabs, where he played a key role in establishing the Ola Electric Gigafactory. Before joining CMS Info Systems, he served as the COO of Byju’s, overseeing the expansion of the hybrid learning business across over 300 new centres and driving operational transformation in sales, logistics, and end-user experience.
