Rakuten SixthSense launches Data Observability platform for enterprises
Business-to-business (B2B) technology products division of Rakuten Group, Rakuten SixthSense, has introduced its latest addition to the software-as-a-service (SaaS) portfolio, Rakuten SixthSense Data Observability. This platform aims to provide businesses with enhanced control and visibility over data pipelines.
The new Rakuten SixthSense Data Observability ensures real-time data reliability, availability, and accuracy, boosting overall efficiency for businesses. Leveraging third-generation artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models, the platform comprehends, monitors, and analyses data pipelines in real-time, offering organisations valuable insights across their data ecosystems, the company said.
Key features of Rakuten SixthSense Data Observability include the ability to identify and rectify inefficiencies with real-time monitoring, go beyond basic analytics with AI-powered insights for predictive intelligence, automatically pinpoint the root cause of issues, minimise rework through automation, and provide complete visibility into the data journey.
Amit Srivastava — General Manager of Rakuten SixthSense, said, "In a data-driven world, blind trust is a luxury that businesses cannot afford. That’s why we developed Rakuten SixthSense Data Observability — an AI-driven platform that gives you a crystal-clear view of your data, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they disrupt user experiences and impact your bottom line. That's the power of data done right, and that's what Rakuten SixthSense Data Observability delivers."
Sunil Gopinath, CEO of Rakuten India, said, "With Rakuten Group's diverse business ecosystem, we intimately understand the profound challenges enterprises face in managing vast streams of data. Whether it's mitigating customer churn due to data downtime or avoiding costly missteps, we comprehend the stakes. We are excited to introduce Rakuten SixthSense Data Observability, empowering enterprises with reliability and efficiency across their data ecosystems."
In August last year, the company expanded globally by opening an office in Bengaluru. The move aimed to enhance the company's capability for deep-tech innovation and research and development (R&D) in areas such as e-commerce, fintech, content and entertainment, as well as artificial intelligence (AI) in computer vision, speech, and natural language processing (NLP).
