Indian IT consulting and services firm, Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, on Thursday partnered with Bengaluru-based AI firm, Soroco. The goal of this partnership is to assist organisations in solving complex business problems, making data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency and cost savings, and ultimately discovering, monitoring, and improving their operational processes.

Soroco was founded in 2014 by Rohan Murty, son of Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy, along with Arjun Narayan and George Nychis. The company has developed a product called Scout, which generates a work graph that maps how teams experience digital work.

According to Soroco, the Work Graph is currently the largest human-generated data set in the world. The tool analyzes the experience of work, the efficiency of process design, training needs, the impact of user interface/technology on collaboration and problem-solving within a team, and more.

Samson David, CEO of Soroco, stated that Happiest Minds' expertise in digital transformation aligns seamlessly with customers utilising the Scout AI model to gain unparalleled visibility into operational bottlenecks. He believes that this partnership will enable them to deliver exceptional enterprise outcomes, such as increasing revenues, reducing costs, enhancing overall experiences, and managing risks.

Ramu MR, Vice President and Head of CoE, Digital Process Automation at Happiest Minds, expressed that the partnership with Soroco will reduce time to value by offering innovative solutions that bridge potential digital hotspots, application scaling, and unified process intelligence through their AI-driven work graph platform, Scout. He is confident that this strategic partnership will drive faster digital transformation maturity for their current and future customers, making them more efficient and effective.

Soroco's customers include financial services firm Cetera, HDFC Life, Mars, and Dedalus. The company has approximately 300 employees located in the US and India.

In August last year, Tech Mahindra signed a strategic partnership deal with Soroco to launch a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Delhi that delivers an accelerated transformation program for business process management. This program is supported by intelligent automation processes and task mining.
