Tata Digital appoints Naveen Tahilyani as CEO and MD
Tata Digital Private Limited has appointed Naveen Tahilyani as its new chief executive officer and managing director. Tahilyani will assume his role on February 19. Currently he is serving as the CEO and MD of Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited. Tahilyani is known for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and achieving operational excellence. Bengaluru-headquartered artificial intelligence-based solution provider Flash.co has appointed Amit Verma as the chief product and technology officer (CPTO). The Blume Ventures and Global Founders Capital backed company now gears up for its growth in India and further expansion to global markets, starting with the US. A alum of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Verma is the former chief technology officer of Practo. He has also worked and led teams at companies like Big Basket, Ola, Oracle, and Yahoo. Preeti Gupta Mohanty is Schneider Electric’s CFO for Greater India Zone
US-based Schneider Electric has appointed Preeti Gupta Mohanty as the new chief financial officer (CFO) for the Greater India Zone — includes India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Mohanty comes with over two decades of finance experience in FMCG, consulting, and industrial sectors. Prior to Schneider Electric, she served as the region vice president at Ingersoll Rand where she managed the finance function for the EMEIA region, overseeing a business size of $1.8 billion, over 30 manufacturing sites, and a Finance shared service centre in Bengaluru.
Previously, Mohanty held senior positions at Glaxosmithkline Consumer and also led the integration of Novartis consumer business into GSK. Mohanty has also worked at Coca-Cola India and Deloitte. (Read more)
Genpact’s two leadership appointments
Global professional services firm Genpact has announced two new executive leadership appointments. The company has named Vidya Rao as its new Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, while Vipin Gairola has been appointed as the Global Operating Officer.
