Tata Digital appoints Naveen Tahilyani as CEO and MD

Tata Digital Private Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Limited, has announced the appointment of Naveen Tahilyani as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Tahilyani will assume his role on February 19. 

Currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited, Tahilyani brings a wealth of experience in the financial services sector and a deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape. He is known for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and achieving operational excellence. 

He takes over from Pratik Pal, who has dedicatedly served Tata Digital since its inception. Under Pal's leadership, Tata Digital achieved significant milestones, including the launch of the Tata Neu app. Pal's foundational work will continue to shape the company's future success. 

In recognition of Pratik Pal's background and substantial contribution to Tata Digital, he will remain with the company to ensure continuity and leverage his extensive experience to contribute to the organisation's ongoing development.

Tahilyani holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication from IIT Madras and a Postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
