Tech Mahindra to drive Swiss manufacturer KWC’s digital transformation

IT services provider Tech Mahindra has partnered with Swiss manufacturer KWC Group AG, known for its taps and sanitary solutions. This collaboration will see Tech Mahindra overseeing a significant portion of KWC's IT services, streamlining and consolidating services.  

Tech Mahindra's role in KWC's business transformation will involve in boosting operational efficiency through automated IT operations across global business applications and infrastructure. The partnership also aims to standardise global system management and enhance end-user services throughout KWC's value chain. Tech Mahindra will take charge of KWC's complete IT operations, emphasizing customer-centric approaches and measurable business growth to ensure top-notch customer experiences. 

Aligned with Tech Mahindra's NXT.NOWTM framework, emphasizing a 'Human Centric Experience,' the partnership focuses on investing in emerging technologies for digital transformation to meet evolving customer needs. 

Under this collaboration, Tech Mahindra will assist KWC in consolidating all business applications and infrastructure domains, aiming to drive operational efficiency and foster innovation.
