Genesys International appoints Pavan Tsunduru as its new COO
Genesys International, an advanced mapping company, has appointed Pavan Tsunduru as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the development of a new map stack in India and globally.
Tsunduru, with over two decades of experience in senior technology roles at major Indian corporations such as Reliance, Adani, and GMR Group, brings a wealth of expertise in implementing technology solutions for large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
In his new role as COO, Tsunduru will play a crucial role in executing Genesys International's vision of leveraging geospatial technology to introduce innovative solutions across various sectors, including utilities, e-commerce/logistics, transportation networks, and the aerial ecosystem.
Commenting on the new appointment, Sajid Malik, the Chairman and Managing Director of Genesys International, said, "Pavan will be a pivotal addition to our team as we scale to address a host of verticals with our platform and applications. The company also recently signed a MoU with Survey of India to create 'Digital Twins' of major cities and towns. These three-dimensional (3D) high-resolution images will be utilised for urban planning, infrastructure development, and disaster management.
