Indian IT services and consulting firm LTIMindtree, on Tuesday, teamed up with Microsoft to launch state-of-the-art AI-powered Employee Engagement Applications. This collaboration aims to redefine how businesses operate and enhance experiences for both employees and customers.

Under LTIMindtree’s Canvas.AI suite, these apps use Generative AI and Microsoft's Azure services for tasks like content summarization and knowledge structuring. The goal is to boost organizational intelligence, setting a new standard for employee engagement tools.

LTIMindtree has also opened the Microsoft Cloud Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI CoE), a hub for innovation to help customers scale their digital transformations using Generative AI.

As tech pioneers, LTIMindtree is testing this cutting-edge tech internally and sharing insights. Earlier this year, they received recognition from Microsoft for their AI solutions. This collaboration showcases the synergy between LTIMindtree’s AI expertise and Microsoft's cloud platform.

Earlier, LTIMindtree inaugurated a new delivery center in Mexico City, featuring more than 100 workspaces. This expansion aligns with LTIMindtree's strategy to enhance its footprint in the Americas. The center was formally unveiled on December 14.
