One of Latin America’s largest financial institutions Banco do Brasil has chosen HCL Technologies for digital transformation and customer relationship management (CRM), and implementation of Salesforce's solutions.

HCLTech and Salesforce will jointly help the firm hyperpersonalise customer relationship and service solutions, generate better customer engagement within their omnichannel ecosystem with artificial intelligence, data unification, and intelligent guidelines.

HCLTech will be building a team of specialists with CRM experience to implement Salesforce solutions. The IT services company will be using four Salesforce solutions – Financial Services Cloud, to reduce service costs with automation and discover key insights about their customers and their financial needs; Marketing Cloud to deliver customer experiences; Salesforce integration manager, for integration and automation solutions; and Professional Services, to ensure a successful implementation. The bank will be leveraging the consolidated platform to obtain insights from customers to offer personalised products to strengthen relationship and generate greater efficiency in base expansion.

To be sure, HCLTech has been doing business in Brazil for 14 years and serving over 200 customers, with a presence in cities like São Paulo, São Leopoldo and Curitiba, 

This month, HCLTech announced its second quarterly results. The third largest IT services company in India, HCLTech reported 8.55% quarter-on-quarter growth with a net profit of ₹3,833 crore. Its consolidated revenue for the quarter rose 1.4% QoQ to ₹26,672 crore.
