Business Transformation Awards 2023: Muthoot, OneAssist, SBI Life, BHEL & Dabur among winners
Muthoot Group, Bajaj Auto, OneAssist, Honda Motorcycle, Tata SIA, Dabur, Apollo Hospitals and Samsung India were among more than two dozen companies that were felicitated as part of TechCircle’s Business Transformation Awards 2023 on Friday.
The awards night was organised on the first day of the annual Business Transformation Summit held at Jaipur. The BT Awards 2023, recognised enterprises that have demonstrated prowess in key domains, including digital execution, competitive edge, digital-first approach, good business, and revenue generation.

Guided by the evaluation of SalesEdge’s research team, winners were meticulously chosen based on their exceptional performance in critical categories and their corresponding sub-pillars.
Nine companies were felicitated in the competitive edge section across different subcategories like automation, customer experience, efficiency, and quality transformations. The awardees are — The Muthoot Group, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Birla Carbon India, OneAssist Consumer Solutions, Bajaj Auto, GHCL, Tata SIA Airlines, Apollo Hospitals and Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics.
Further, eight companies were presented awards for digital-first approach — SFO Technologies, Indian Oil Corporation, SBI Life Insurance, 63 Moons Technologies, Safexpress, Indraprastha Gas, Maxlife Insurance and Samsung India Electronics.
The summit spotlighted the efforts of companies like Bosch Global Software Technologies, Century Enka, Dabur International, CDSL, IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co, Zee Learn, GMMCO, and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, for their excellence in digital execution category.

Lastly, for the remaining two sections, there were two awardees each – good business (H-Energy and Tata Communications), and revenue generation (South Indian Bank and Body Shop-parent Quest Retail).
The summit's first day was marked by engaging discussions and insightful fireside chats, delving into crucial technological frontiers such as the pivotal role of AI in enhancing customer service, the imperative of digital transformation for fostering sustainability, and the ongoing evolution within the dynamic business ecosystem.
