The panel, consisting of Naveen Gulati, Vice President of Technology and Head of Information Technology at Nykaa; Arvind Heda, CTO of Naukri.com at Info Edge India, and Ankit Maheshwari, Founding Team Member & CTO of Innovaccer, shed light on these critical issues.

Maheshwari emphasised the importance of aligning a company's strategy with the adoption of technology at every level of the organisation. He stressed that it's not merely about choosing the right technology but understanding how to effectively integrate it into all aspects of the business. "The key," he said, "is identifying and delivering value to customers efficiently. This should be the clear objective."

He further emphasised the evolving role of technology in meeting customer demands and pointed out that technology can now redefine traditional business models, especially in areas like estimating and forecasting.

The panellists echoed the idea that technology is not just a tool but a transformative force that can reshape businesses and their relationships with customers. To thrive in the digital age, enterprises must embrace technology at all levels, ensure alignment with customer needs, and ultimately paving the way for true digital-native success.
