LTIMindtree launches new solutions for retail media
Technology consulting and digital solutions firm LTIMindtree has introduced two innovative solutions, AdSpark and Smart Service Operations, aimed at helping businesses on the Salesforce platform get to market faster.
AdSpark, powered by LTIMindtree and Salesforce, is designed for retailers looking to expand their Retail Media platforms swiftly. This solution caters specifically to the retail industry and provides self-service tools for various channels, including digital, social, in-store, out-of-facility (OOF), and print. It also offers customer-focused segmentation and targeting to enhance engagement and conversions.
AdSpark's standout feature is its real-time campaign performance analytics across all channels, giving retailers a complete view of their advertising efforts. It seamlessly integrates with top Adtech servers, streamlining operations for greater efficiency. The platform requires no coding skills and is customised for the unique needs of retailers, allowing them to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
On the other hand, Smart Service Operations combines the capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Salesforce Field Service, with LTIMindtree's NxT Platform. This powerful combination benefits clients in various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, transport, mining, power and utilities, and more.
The main goal of Smart Service Operations is to address critical industry challenges such as worker safety, operational efficiency, and the management of complex data. It utilises AI and edge processing to proactively maintain assets, increasing productivity and reducing costs. Additionally, it opens opportunities to tackle related challenges and bridge gaps in the customer experience.

On August 29, LTIMindtree collaborated with CAST AI, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. The partnership combines LTIMindtree's Infinity platform with CAST AI’s cloud cost optimisation platform to give enterprises a complete view of their cloud setup.
Earlier on June 21, the company launched a generative artificial intelligence platform Canvas.ai to help companies in business innovation and improving engineering productivity while factoring in ethics, sustainability, and security. Canvas.ai is expected to reduce up to 50% the time and effort required for app modernisation and cloud migration programs, the company said in a statement.
