Genpact incorporates gen AI into its Enterprise360 platform
IT services firm Genpact on Tuesday announced that it has incorporated generative artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into its proprietary Enterprise360 intelligence platform, which is utilized by clients globally. The platform stands as Genpact's advanced tool for managing and revamping client operations.
By amalgamating digital tools, standardized processes, and the prowess of generative AI, the platform aids businesses in identifying operational challenges and optimizing performance. It offers replicable solutions and data-driven insights, enabling teams to accelerate value delivery and enact transformative changes. Moreover, it encourages continuous improvement through actionable feedback, fostering a culture of enhancement.
Through the integration of generative AI into Enterprise360, clients are empowered to generate innovative ideas and solutions to address operational hurdles, ultimately enhancing decision-making efficacy. The integration helps them discern novel patterns and trends, facilitating swift adaptation to changes. Additionally, it supports the achievement of goals, leading to expedited value delivery and transformation.
Vidya Rao, Chief Information Officer at Genpact, expressed the significance of this milestone, stating, “The integration of generative AI into Enterprise360 is a significant milestone for Genpact. This new capability will help our clients drive even greater performance and transformation, and we are excited to see the impact it will have on their businesses. From design to operations, transformation to renewals, Genpact’s Enterprise360 offers comprehensive solutions that address the complete lifecycle of client requirements.”
With a global reach and over 800 clients, Enterprise360 is extensively employed across Genpact’s workforce. The platform aids in digitizing crucial operational rituals and provides insights into nearly 500 metrics and more than 250 benchmarks.
This development follows Capgemini's launch of a generative AI portfolio of services on July 28, aimed at devising, developing, and scaling the technology. Furthermore, Tata Capital, the financial arm of the Tata Group, integrated generative AI into its company chatbot TIA on August 4. This integration enhances the chatbot's conversational experience by making it more seamless and contextually accurate across English, Hindi, and Hinglish languages. Prior to these, Hexaware, an IT services and digital solutions provider, partnered with Microsoft in late July to advance AI technology for enterprises through its knowledge ecosystem solution called “Tenjin”. This solution harnesses the transformative power of generative AI to create dynamic, scalable, and precise knowledge ecosystems.
