ServiceNow announces innovation centre in Hyderabad
American digital workflow company ServiceNow has announced a new Innovation Centre in India. Located in Hyderabad, the digital incubation hub will help Indian enterprises to model, test, and demonstrate business strategies in domains like generative artificial intelligence, hyperautomation, and low-code apps.
“ServiceNow is transforming the way India enterprises build digital businesses, to deliver better ways to work. Establishing an Innovation Centre in Hyderabad, enables our customers to have conversations directly with our engineers at ServiceNow’s largest development centre outside the US, and integrate emerging technologies customised to their business strategies to best meet their needs,” said Kamolika Gupta Peres, vice president and managing director, ServiceNow Indian Sub-Continent.
The Innovation Centre has nine purpose built rooms for companies to create custom digital blueprints to scale business strategies. It will also host training sessions with participation from academia, customer, and partners.

This investment not only brings opportunities to the state and its people but also furthers Hyderabad's reputation as a leading technology hub,” said IAS Jayesh Ranjan, Telangana Principal Secretary.
The Indian workforce accounts for 15% of ServiceNow’s total global headcount. The new center will act as a professional collaborative briefing hub and help the company to connect its developers with the end users to explore new opportunities. Hyderabad already houses ServiceNow’s India Development Centre, which contributes majorly to the company’s global biannual product development cycle.
In the last few months, ServiceNow has partnered with several information technology services company. For instance, Cognizant and ServiceNow, in June, announced a strategic partnership aimed at promoting the use of AI-driven automation in various industries, with the goal of creating a combined business valued at $1 billion.
In May, IT services firm Wipro signed a five-year business partnership with ServiceNow to build a $1 billion business by bringing new offerings to market that will help clients to drive business transformation.
