Data analytics firm SG Analytics appoints Sidhartha Shishoo as COO

Pune-based data analytics company SG Analytics has appointed Sidhartha Shishoo as its Chief Operating Officer as part of its scale-up efforts of enhancing senior leadership talent.

Shishoo brings more than 25 years in various leadership capacities across multiple business functions. He has spent over a decade and a half in IT services firm Genpact, where he served as Vice President - Analytics Operations at Genpact. As part of its leadership team, he held top positions in client delivery, business quality, talent acquisition, change management, talent development, mergers & acquisitions, building & nurturing high performing teams. 

Before joining Genpact, he was working with case New Holland, a capital goods company and energy and utility major GE in supply chain. Shishoo has completed bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama, U.S, besides holding of certifications and awards.
