Amsterdam-based 3SC Solutions appoints Anders Nordahl as APAC Head

Amsterdam-headquartered supply chain solutions company, 3SC Solutions, has announced the appointment of Anders Nordahl as its new Head of Asia Pacific region. 

Nordahl will be leading the company’s growth and expansion goals in the APAC region, building a strong and capable team that creates customised, scalable, and efficient supply chain solutions for organisations, the company said in a statement.

With over three decades of global experience in supply chain solutions and collaborative software design, Nordahl brings with him a vast expertise in supply chain logistics, transportation, warehousing, procurement, and more, having led the development and deployment of global smart cities, order management, customer and vendor integration, internet of internet (IoT), business intelligent (BI), data visualisation, and other related domains.  

A “Digital First” advocate, Nordahl’s end-to-end SCS experience is complemented by his passion for creating best-in-class customer experience and leading the rapid transformation of global supply chain technology fit for leading organisations.

Having begun his professional journey as Project Forwarding operations Manager at H.T. Hope in 1990, Nordahl worked with DHL, and later with Kuehne+Nagel, with his early years as National Sea freight Manager. Moving on, he served in a number of senior leadership roles including Application Manager Corp Systems, VP Customer Solutions and Implementation, and Regional Customer Solutions and Integration Manager for APAC.

In 2014, Nordahl took up the role of Director,Supply Chain Solutions Asia Pacific at supply chain management and logistics solutions firm DB Schenker, and in 2018, was appointed Head of Business Architecture, Global Ocean freight at the German organisation. Prior to joining 3SC Solutions, Nordahl served as COO – Asia Pacific at MixMove, a cloud-based logistics firm and Head of Product Management at Orkestra SCS, another logistics technology company.  

Nordahl is also a certified member of EGN Singapore and a reputed global speaker, having been a part of several panels on AI, logistics, supply chain, and more.
