CarzSo launches virtual walkaround to enhance customers’ car-buying experience
Virtual pre-owned cars showroom Carzso has launched a ‘virtual walkaround’ as a part of the company’s plans to digitise customer’s car-buying journey.
The technology will enable customers to discover, view and tour CarzSo’s entire range of pre-owned cars virtually from the comfort of their homes while offering a high degree of personalisation and interaction. “The virtual walkaround experience will enhance the customer’s field of vision with its 360-degree view and a bird-eye view of the pre-owned cars,” it said.
Vaibhav Sharma, Founder & CEO of CarzSo, said that the virtual walkaround technology will enable customers to discover and research their next vehicle, without the need to make multiple visits to dealerships. He added that the “technology will also play a pivotal role in customers’ car-buying experience at our Metaverse showroom.”
The virtual walkaround technology is accessible 24/7 for customers to view the vehicles on display, the company said in a statement.
The company said that customers can easily browse and explore the designs, features and technical details for each model on display. A virtual peek inside and outside the car will give customers in-depth information about the exterior and interior specifications of the model. Additionally, potential customers will also be able to arrange a virtual test drive soon.
