HCL Technologies to boost digital transformation at DSM
HCL Technologies (HCL) will help accelerate the digital transformation of Dutch multinational corporation (DSM) a purpose-led science-based provider of health, nutrition and bioscience.
By creating a seamlessly connected group-wide digital work environment, HCL will support DSM’s sustainable product innovation efforts and growth ambitions. DSM is known for its cloud-first strategy, agile delivery and next-generation security and network practice.
HCL's Fenix 2.0 digital execution framework will drive best practices and accelerate transformation at scale across DSM’s business units and product lines.
“We wanted to transition from a multi-vendor landscape and work with a sole integration partner that has the deep expertise to help drive our digital ambitions,” said Ipek Ozsuer, DSM’s Chief Digital Officer.
Through harnessing next-generation automation and analytics, HCL plans to enhance IT service delivery for approximately 18,000 end users across 200 sites in more than 50 countries, the company said.

HCL Technologies reported a net profit of ₹3,283 crore, up 2.4% year-on-year (YoY), but was down 8.6% sequentially. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹23,646 crore, up 16.9% per cent YoY. The growth was 3.8% sequentially.
