Supply Chain Analytics Company 3SC Solutions appoints Manish Kumar as CTO

Gurugram-based supply chain analytics company 3SC Solutions has appointed Manish Kumar as the chief technology officer.

In his new role at 3SC Solutions, Kumar will be responsible for heading the company’s technical team, implementing large-scale software strategies, and working to make 3SC a sought after destination for a range of logistics-related solutions, supply chain management, and analytics advisory services, the company said in a statement.

Kumar has diverse experience in sectors including retail, ecommerce, consumer packaged goods, logistics, fintech (micropayments), data analytics, artificial intelligence, data visualisation, customer analytics, and telematics.

In his 15 years of career in senior management roles with teams based in India, Europe, America, and Southeast Asia, he has designed and led the development of many innovative products and solutions, the statement said.

The statement noted that Kumar has worked with firms like Algonomy, the Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Ltd (DIMTS), and Tesco in senior leadership roles, besides establishing his own venture in 2013 — a finishing institute for engineering graduates. In addition, he has also worked with Accenture, HCL Technologies, and ConAgra. 

“His (Kumar’s) visionary ethos, combined with our suite of innovative technology, will help us drive more and more innovative analytics solutions for our clients,” Lalit Das, Founder, 3SC Solutions. 

“This, in turn, will further help solidify our commitment to delivering world-class technology solutions for a diverse array of brands and domains,” Das added. 

Early this year, the company has made three top level appointments aimed at broadening the firm’s business to propel the company. Jespal Singh Gandhi had joined as the Director and SCE; Ramakant Mukundrao Kshirsagar as Senior Vice President Sales (India & Asia Pacific), and Kumar Saurabh as Senior Vice President of the company.
