Milkha Singh’s collectibles by altiusDAO to go live on NFTically platform on Republic Day

NFTically has joined hands with altiusDAO to launch the NFT collection of legendary sprinter Milkha Singh. The NFT drop, which is made in association with Polygon Studios, is set to go on sale on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day on 26 January.   

NFTically founder Toshendra Sharma hopes that the new collaboration will be game changer in terms of NFTs marketplace. “We are certain that the Milkha Singh drop will be a turning point in showcasing how the sports industry can leverage NFTs in India,” he said.

NFTically is a B2B software as a service (SaaS) platform that enables celebrities, influencers, gamers, clubs & enterprises to launch their own white-label NFT store or NFT Marketplace without any technical knowledge.

Milkha Singh collectibles will feature rare and exclusive NFTs, across SuperRare, Rare and Champion Collections and Free Airdrops of the athlete’s sporting life. The company is also of the view that a large number of collectibles including posters, exclusive clips and images make for the most voluminous NFT drop in India yet, NFTically said in a statement. 

NFTically maintained that a significant portion of the proceeds generated from the sale of these NFTs would be donated to Milkha Charitable Trust for not just promoting sports but also helping those in need. Apart from the sprinter’s sports journey, the collectible NFTs in the drop come with personal memorabilia of Milkha Singh.
