Micro Focus rolls out SaaS version of its AIOps soluti

AIOps or artificial intelligence for IT operations can be defined as a tools to enrich and provide deeper insights to data.   

Micro Focus said that the new offering will help IT organisations to gain better observability, resolve problems faster and drive better efficiencies through automation.  

Operations Bridge – SaaS includes flexible consumption and licensing models to reduce start-up costs for organizations, while providing built-in AI that does not need to be licensed, implemented or maintained separately,” said Rohit De Souza, SVP and GM of ITOM at Micro Focus.  

The solution will be backed with support and access to the Micro Focus OPTIC Data Lake platform, OPTIC short for Operations Platform for Transformation, Intelligence, and Cloud.

The Optic platform will provide integrations with over 200 IT tools and automated event correlation backed by machine learning algorithms.  

Micro Focus said that Operations Bridge will help to run operations in an agile manner, isolate issues faster and help focus on more pressing needs such as digital innovation.  

The SaaS subscription can be purchased through the AWS Marketplace, partners of Micro Focus IT Management and directly from the organization.

The company added that it has created a migration path to ease the journey for existing customers.
