Bosch, GIZ tie up to offer smart mobility to Indian cities
Bosch Ltd has joined hands with Germany’s development agency GIZ to launch Green Urban Mobility Innovation initiative to offer smart mobility solutions to several cities in India.
As part of the collaboration, GIZ will deploy a team from Bangalore and Germany to conduct an analysis of prototyping activities and contribute to the expansion of ‘Living Lab’ innovation community.
Besides, GIZ will create a neutral platform for all its stakeholders for cooperation.
Soumitra Bhattacharya, President and MD, Bosch India Ltd. said, “The Green Urban Mobility Initiative provides a great opportunity for deeper cooperation between industry and government to bring about innovative, equitable and sustainable change.
At the Living Lab, we aim to encourage innovations around green mobility and develop them in relation to the Indian context with GIZ.”
