IBM’s Hyderabad facility to focus on hybrid cloud, AI solutions
IBM Corporation has set up a greenfield facility at Hyderabad in Telangana which will offer clients business process operations consulting from IBM Consulting.
The new unit will be zeroing in on several domains such as finance and accounts, procurement and supply chain, human resources and recruiting as well as industry specific processes including risk and compliance.
The new capabilities will help execute on IBM’s hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence strategy.

The facility also serves an additional function of enabling resiliency for IBM Consulting by acting as backup site for business process operations centres in Chennai and Bengaluru.
The onsite team will also collaborate with IBM India Software Labs in Hyderabad to bring in AI and platform offerings to re-imagine intelligent workflows in client operations,” IBM India said.
