TechThisWeek: Mswipe CEO Ketan Patel on planned forays into micro-ATMs, lending
Ketan Patel, newly appointed CEO of Mumbai-based point-of-sale and digital payments enabler Mswipe joined the latest episode of TechThisWeek to lay bare his priorities on the new job.
The 2011 born startup plans to enter merchant-enabled micro ATM services within the second quarter ended September 30, and lending, insurance, and Book Now Pay Later (BNPL) by the third quarter ended December 31.
Patel told TechCircle that it continues to expect a majority of its top-line from PoS merchant acquiring, 25-30% new from lending services, and the remainder from the rest, by the financial year ended March 31 (FY22) when it also plans to book its first profits.
