CarDekho ropes in Mayank Jain as CEO for new auto business
Girnar Software-owned CarDekho Group has appointed industry veteran Mayank Jain as the CEO of its new auto business.
Jain brings nearly two decades of experience to the Jaipur-headquartered auto discovery company and will be responsible for strengthening its new auto offering as well as deepening engagement with OEMs, dealer network, and other enterprise partners.
He joined the company’s Gurugram office earlier this month and will be reporting to Amit Jain, the CEO and co-founder of the group.

Jain, a computer engineer with MBA from INSEAD and PGDM from MDI Gurgaon, joins CarDekho Group from Network18, where led as the CEO of the Hindi News cluster.
Before that, the executive held leadership roles across sales, marketing, product management and strategy divisions in companies such as Disney’s Star TV, British Telecom, Samsung, and HT Media.

Currently, CarDekho Group’s portfolio of platforms includes CarDekho.com, Gaadi.com, ZigWheels.com, BikeDekho.com, PowerDrift.com, TrucksDekho. The company is also operational in international markets such as Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia.
