TCS launches integrated consulting framework for CXOs
Mumbai based information technology (IT) services major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched an integrated consulting-led framework that will help C-suite executives in their digital transformation initiatives.
Called as the TCS Enterprise Navigator, the platform will help CXOs in strategic value mapping and change management, among other uses. It is based on TCS’s suite of consulting and technology solutions, per a statement.
“TCS Enterprise Navigator provides a business-led framework that includes functions such as finance, supply chain, HR and marketing as well as industry-specific nuances,” Dave Jordan, global head, Consulting & Services Integration, TCS, said.
The solution is built on an ERP backbone, consisting of enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud and others, while addressing a critical factor -- user adoption.
User adoption is addressed through engaging employees, suppliers, partners and customers with new capabilities such as automation, Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities.
“Our customers want to leverage emerging capabilities such as automation and advanced analytics to accelerate innovation, and escalate time to value,” Akhilesh Tiwari, global head, Enterprise Application Services, TCS, said.
Recently, TCS also announced it has appointed Samir Seksaria as its chief financial officer, with effect from May 1, 2021.
The company reported a 14.9% year-on-year growth for the quarter ended March, with consolidated net profits reaching Rs 9.246 crore. The company also reported a growth in consolidated revenues at Rs 43,705 crore, a 9.4% growth year-on-year.
TCS has seen strong deal wins over the last two quarters and recently signed on telecommunications company Ericsson to set up and operate its cloud-based digital workspace for R&D.
