TechThisWeek: Wipro GlobalLogic acquisition; RBI recurring online payment rules

In the latest episode of TechThisWeek, MN Srinivasu, co-founder and director of BillDesk, talks about the SI Hub and its state of readiness for the new rules laid down by the Reserve Bank of India.  

“Specifically, the SI Hub is positioned for the issuer banks on whom these compliance burden has been placed. The platform helps the issuer banks to meet RBI guidelines and e-mandate,” Srinivasu said. 

On Wednesday, the RBI extended the timeline for the implementation of the new rules for recurring online transactions to September 30 from March 31.
