iRAM Technologies secures four new Smart Cities projects

Bengaluru-headquartered iRAM Technologies has been awarded projects for Smart Pole, Smart Street Lighting and Smart parking city assets for the smart cities of Dahod, Kohima, Pimpri Chinchwad and Rajkot in partnership with leading conglomerates and system integrators, according to a statement. 

The Internet-of-Things (IoT) based product development and technology company will install its smart parking technology for the Smart Cities of Pimpri Chinchwad and Rajkot. The solution consists of smart sensor wireless network, parking management and guidance software, mobile point of sale solution, citizen mobile application and portals, boom barriers, parking information displays and other field accessories. 

Smart cities of Kohima and Dahod will be equipped with smart poles with utilities like street lighting, environment monitoring, information displays, PA system, cameras, panic alarm buttons, telecom antennas and other features. The company will also deploy smart street lighting for Kohima which automatically activates when a pedestrian or vehicle is detected. 

The company backed by Mumbai-based IT firm Inspira Enterprise India as also received a repeat order for multi-level car parking facilities from the Smart City of Bhubaneshwar and its MSI partner Honeywell. 

“ The team remained focussed and indomitable even during Covid-19 crisis and with these wins we are targeting for more than 50% YOY revenue growth in this financial year,” Uday Bhaskar Rao Abburu, CEO at iRAM Technologies said in the statement.
