TechM to improve CX, enable faster time-to-market for RUAG International
Digital transformation and consulting major Tech Mahindra is set to boost the global IT infrastructure of Zurich-based aerospace engineering firm RUAG International.
The Pune-based firm is expected to transform the Swiss company’s core infrastructure operations to improve customer experience (CX) and enable faster time-to-market, a statement said.
“Aerospace companies across geographies will enable us to deliver this high value segment. This relationship is a testimony to our growing footprint in Switzerland and overall in DACH, which is a key focus region for us,” Mukul Dhyani, business head of continental Europe at Tech Mahindra, said.

The infrastructure and workplace transformation programme, the statement said, will also accelerate consumerization of digital services, providing RUAG International with a digital platform. The platform will benefit employees through better services and improved user experience, while offering digital service management, cloud transformation, services automation, and compliance and control capabilities.
The collaboration is part of Tech Mahindra’s TechMNXT Charter, under which the firm leverages technologies such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain, 5G and IoT to bring about digital transformation.
Earlier this month, the company partnered with Huddl.ai to roll out remote work tools and Subex to launch blockchain-based solutions for telecom companies.
