NASSCOM picks 10 startups for Emerge 50 awards
National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) has picked winners for the ninth edition of its Emerge 50 award.
Over 700 submissions were evaluated for the award, NASSCOM said in a statement.
With Zinnov as knowledge partner, this year the award categories were fintech, health-tech, retail tech, logistics and supply chain, SaaS, enterprise, IoT hardware and devices, strategic sector and cybersecurity.
The top 10 winners of this year’s Emerge 50 include interior design and realty-tech company RBJ Technologies (Foyr Neo), fintech startup Khatabook, enterprise tech startup Increff, AI-powered translation platform Devnagri, augmented reality platform PlayShifu, cloud-based software company RFPIO, mobility Yulu, cloud governance platform Cloudenablers CoreStack, health monitoring startup Tutle Shell Technologies (Dozee), and logistics startup PandoCorp.

The winners will get access to NASSCOM CXOs and business connect meetings; worldwide recognition and exposure; opportunity to participate in trade delegations; and mentoring sessions from successful entrepreneurs and industry leaders, NASSCOM said.
“Indian product industry is gradually becoming an innovation partner of enterprises embracing digital transformation in recent years. Companies and startups have shown tremendous resilience during the current pandemic and are in the midst of pivoting to newer business avenues, supported by a range of government initiatives. Deep technology is no longer something brewing out of an R&D facility, but a tangible, exciting prospect, enriching lives and enhancing the country’s innovation potential,” Debjani Ghosh, President at NASSCOM said.
Started in 2009, NASSCOM Emerge 50 has identified 525 unique winners till date. According to an analysis done by the company, more than 395 companies are still active and 85 plus have made successful exits. The league has so far witnessed the emergence of three unicorns – Druva, Freshworks and Razorpay.
