Watch: Rethinking workforce management in the new normal

As the Covid-19 pandemic forces companies to accelerate digital transformation initiatives, new challenges have emerged at the new digital workplaces. The TechCircle 7 Digital Dialogues 2020 (7DD) summit, held on a 3D virtual platform earlier this month, took a deep dive into understanding the solutions that are helping companies cope with these problems. 

During the third panel discussion, which took place on Day 2 of the event, panellists spoke about the future of work, shared workforce resilience, challenges posed by the pandemic and more.
