OnMobile Global appoints former Monster CEO Krish Seshadri as top exec
OnMobile Global, which provides mobile value-added services in the content and entertainment category, has appointed former Monster.com senior executive Krish Seshadri as CEO effective from Monday.
Seshadri will be replacing François-Charles Sirois, who will continue as executive chairman of the Bengaluru-based company, as per a regulatory filing.
He has over two decades of experience leading technology, digital and mobile product businesses across the Asia Pacific (APAC), the United States and European regions.
In his last role, the Stanford University engineering alumnus was CEO of Monster.com’s operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Previously, he held leadership roles at social gaming company Zynga, digital content platform provider AOL-Verizon, and Facebook.
Founded in 2000, OnMobile claims to reach 1.6 billion mobile users and 100 million active subscribers across the world.
In May 2020, OnMobile acquired a stake in rob0, an artificial intelligence based-powered visual retention analytics product created for game developers. In 2018, it acquired Sweden-based mobile app distribution platform Appland AB in an all-cash deal not exceeding $15 million.
