The new offering provides SaaS tools that will help businesses manage their operations effectively and efficiently at an affordable price, SoftwareSuggest said in a statement. The company said that the program helps professionals who work in sales, marketing, human resource and support to boost their productivity and business growth.
Equisoft, Refinitiv join hands to launch sales acceleration platform
Global digital solutions provider Equisoft has partnered with data analytics firm Refinitiv to roll out a web-based fund sales acceleration platform named ‘Equisoft/analyze for wholesalers’. The solution features guided investment product positioning and comparisons powered by Refinitiv Lipper data for hypothetical analysis and fund look through analysis. The analytics and benefits are summarized in a proposal that wholesalers can share with advisors. “Lipper’s fact sheets, leader ratings and categories are powerful additions to our tool and will provide wholesalers with essential data to analyse current portfolios and make recommendations backed by robust analytics,” Shawn Gillespie, business development manager, Equisoft said.
Athenta Technologies rolls out operations management system
Gurugram based information technology and services firm Athenta Technologies has unveiled its operations management system titled AOMS (Athenta’s operations management system). It offers a 360-degree view of the entire infrastructure services, asset classes and lifecycle, Athenta said in a statement. It helps enterprises standardize the business processes in line with the ITIL and Pink Verify standards. AOMS is designed for quick problem routing to concerned support desk and further helps in identifying the cause, performance bottlenecks, suggestive resolutions, trending and helps in root cause analysis, the company claimed. The operating management system addresses both incident management and problem management.
