Salesforce rolls out Customer 360 Truth, Einstein Voice Assistant
San Francisco, US-based global customer relationship management heavyweight Salesforce has rolled out Customer 360 Truth, a new set of data and identity services that enable companies to build a “single source of truth” across all of their customer relationships.
CRM companies are trying to come up with solutions that can help customers get all data on a single record. Salesforce’s new solution does just that with its customer 360 Truth. The solution connects data from across sales, service, marketing and commerce to create a single Salesforce ID for each customer, the company said in a statement.
Salesforce claims that its product enhances data management across Salesforce apps and other systems, and provides instant access to consistent, reconciled customer data.
Einstein Voice Assistant
In a separate statement, Salesforce announced that it will expand the capabilities of Einstein Voice Assistant for any role or industry.
With Einstein Voice Assistant, customers can use the company’s cloud services using voice commands.
It has launched the Einstein Voice Skill for customers who require greater customisations. The solution will help companies to create custom voice-powered apps to streamline work.
“Voice is a huge shift for the industry and will be as impactful in businesses as it’s been in our homes. With Einstein, Salesforce is bringing the power of voice to every business, giving everyone an intelligent, trusted guide at work,” said Bret Taylor, president and chief product officer, Salesforce.
Salesforce also said that Einstein Voice Assistant and Einstein Voice Skills will be in beta in February 2020 and are expected to be generally available in 2021.
The company’s annual conference, Dreamforce, is currently taking place in San Francisco.
