Bengaluru-based telecom analytics firm Subex has won an extension of three years on a managed services contract from Kuwaiti telecom operator VIVA Kuwait.

Subex will provide its trademarked revenue operations centre solutions in revenue assurance and fraud management which would help VIVA push its focus across 5G as well as internet of things (IoT) innovations in the telecom sector, it said in a statement on Wednesday.

“We achieved a great degree of process automation and efficiency through our engagement with Subex, and we are keen to carry forward the collective momentum gathered. With their suite of solutions infused with AI/ML, we see great possibilities in the future with this partnership,” said Sai Devata, finance controller, VIVA Kuwait.
