Sumeet Doshi to lead India operations for Kronos

Kronos Incorporated, the US-based workforce management software and services company, has appointed Sumeet Doshi as country manager and senior director of sales, India.

Doshi will plan and execute the company’s long-term strategy and growth in the Indian workforce management space, the Massachusetts-based company said in a statement.

Doshi has worked for over 12 years with the company and will now primarily focus on expanding Kronos’ business in India. 

During his tenure with Kronos, Doshi worked towards establishing and strengthening the workforce management segment in India, the statement added. 

The new role is effective from October 1, 2019.

“His decades’ worth experience with Kronos, combined with our footprint in India, will enable us to deliver intuitive workforce management solutions and capabilities in India. We would like to congratulate and wish him all the best for his new role. We believe Sumeet will steer Kronos India on a successful growth path,” said  Neil J Solomon, vice president, Asia Pacific and Latin America, Kronos. 

Prior to Kronos, Doshi has worked with Oracle India, Tata Consultancy Services and Aditya Birla Group.

Doshi is an alumnus of Delhi Technical University and holds a post-graduation diploma in management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering.
