Finnish firm SSH to offer cybersecurity for Tech Mahindra’s clients
Information technology (IT) services firm Tech Mahindra Ltd on Wednesday said it has partnered Finnish firm SSH Communications Security Oyj for its Secure Shell and other services to protect digital assets and secure access control for enterprises.
Through this association, Tech Mahindra also aims to bolster its identity and access management portfolio by adding two enterprise solutions, namely, Universal SSH Key Manager and Privileged Access Management, the company said in a statement.
Rajiv Singh, global head of cybersecurity, Tech Mahindra, said, “We are pleased to be partnering with SSH.com to accomplish our shared vision of assisting our customers with future-ready solutions to secure their digital assets and provide them with 24x7 global managed services.”
The SSH protocol, also known as Secure Shell, is a cryptographic network for secure remote access.
As part of Tech Mahindra’s blueprint for the future, the TechMNxt charter, the firm is betting big on next-generation technologies to solve problems of customers, the company said in a statement.
Founded in 1995, SSH Communications Security has been developing security solutions for enterprises such as Barclaycard, Symantec, Siemens, BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered and ABN-AMRO.
