DSYH in talks to get acquired by a corporate house

In an interview with TechCircle, Saas startup Don't Sratch Your Head chief executive Suraj Vazirani talks about the company's plans, revenue models, and revenue targets. Vazirani said DSYH is in 'strategic' talks with Mumbai-based conglomerate for a potential acquisition. "That big company has shown interest in acquiring/acquihiring us," he said, adding that they are mulling over the offer.

Founded in November 2015, Ahmedabad-based DSYH raised its seed funding of about $250,000 from Venture Catalysts in June, and it plans to use the corpus raised for boosting technology and expanding the team.
