In another consolidation move in the red hot online real estate services market, IndiaHomes and IndiaProperty, both VC backed firms, are exploring a potential merger in an all-stock deal, three sources close to the development told Techcircle.in.
At least three top executives—Bhaskar Bagchi, chief operating officer; Rakesh Kher, head of human resources and Himanshu Arora, head of talent transformation—at IndiaHomes have quit as a precursor to the deal, according to sources.
